給家長　這一頁不是給孩子自己做的，需要一位大人當考官：照著「老師唸／老師問」的句子唸，孩子看圖回答。不用糾正文法，孩子卡住時再唸一次或指一指圖就好。參考說法都收在「看答案」裡，先別打開。

Part 1

兩張圖有六個地方不一樣。老師先描述自己那張圖，孩子要說出自己的圖有什麼不同（要說完整的句子）。

看 6 個不同的地方與參考說法（先讓孩子自己找）

A: there is a cloud on the map · B: there is a sun on the map
In my picture there's a cloud on the map, but in yours there's a sun.
A: there are three books on the desk · B: there are two books on the desk
Here there are three books, but here there are only two.
A: the boy is drinking from a cup · B: the boy is drinking from a bottle
In my picture he's drinking from a cup, but in yours it's a bottle.
A: the clock says three o'clock · B: the clock says six o'clock
My clock says three o'clock and yours says six.
A: the bag on the floor is red · B: the bag on the floor is blue
Here the bag is red, but here it's blue.
A: there is a plant at the window · B: there is a cat at the window
In my picture there's a plant at the window, but in yours there's a cat.

Part 2

兩張卡片各知道一半。老師先問孩子關於 Robert 那一邊的問題，然後換孩子問老師關於 Sarah 那一邊的問題（例如 What's the name of Sarah's club?）。

Part 3

這四張圖是一個故事，叫做 The birthday cake。老師會先描述第一張圖，然後由學生接著把故事說完。

The birthday cake — Emma

老師唸These pictures show a story. It's called 'The birthday cake'. Look at the pictures first. (Pause) Emma is in the kitchen. She's making a birthday cake for her mother, and there's flour and eggs all over the table. Now you tell the story.

看參考說法（孩子講完再打開）

Picture 2 — Emma puts the cake in the oven. She sits down to wait and falls asleep.
Picture 3 — Emma wakes up. The cake is black and she looks very unhappy.
Picture 4 — Her mother comes in. They laugh about it and go out to buy a cake from the shop instead.

The child does not have to use these words. Credit any telling that follows the sequence and makes sense.

Part 4

老師會說一個主題，然後問幾個問題。Flyers 這一部分會問到「為什麼」，要能說出一點理由，不能只回答一個字。
