官方題型：read the question, listen and write a name or a number。整份聽力卷約 20 分鐘。
題目說明（rubric）依照官方題型格式以英文呈現；以下練習題為埃森美語原創編寫，用於熟悉題型，非劍橋官方試題。官方免費樣卷：cambridgeenglish.org → Pre A1 Starters preparation。
錄音為合成語音，正式考試是真人錄音。
這一大題考什麼
先讀印好的問題，再聽錄音寫下一個名字或一個數字；名字都會在錄音裡逐字母拼出來。
做完再打開：這份題目的陷阱與拿分重點
- 聽到 'A-N-N-A' 這種拼字，唸一個字母就寫一個，別等整個名字唸完再憑印象拼。
- 數量和門牌可以寫阿拉伯數字：three 寫 3、twelve 寫 12 都算對，比拼英文字快也不怕拼錯。
- 第 3 題問學校名字，錄音說 'It's Park School.'，寫 Park 就夠，不必整串照抄。
