官方題型：listen and tick the box (3 picture options)。整份聽力卷約 20 分鐘。
題目說明（rubric）依照官方題型格式以英文呈現；以下練習題為埃森美語原創編寫，用於熟悉題型，非劍橋官方試題。官方免費樣卷：cambridgeenglish.org → Pre A1 Starters preparation。
錄音為合成語音，正式考試是真人錄音。
這一大題考什麼
每題三張圖，錄音會把三樣東西都說到，孩子要聽出哪兩個被排除，在剩下那張圖打勾。
做完再打開：這份題目的陷阱與拿分重點
- 第 2 題 chair、table、box 全都出現，只有 'Look in the box.' 是肯定的；特別注意 No 後面接的那一句。
- 第 4 題的蘋果是 'this morning' 吃的，題目問的是 lunch；題目問哪個時間，就只認那個時間的東西。
- 播放前指著三張圖讓孩子先說 doll、kite、train，把三個字叫出來，聽到時反應才快。
