官方題型：look at the pictures and read the story; write 1, 2 or 3 words to complete the sentences。整份閱讀與寫作卷 30 分鐘。
題目說明（rubric）依照官方題型格式以英文呈現；以下練習題為埃森美語原創編寫，用於熟悉題型，非劍橋官方試題。官方免費樣卷：cambridgeenglish.org → A1 Movers preparation。
這一大題考什麼
讀 Anna 撿到小貓的故事，用 1–3 個字完成句子；答案都在故事原文裡，找到後照抄。
做完再打開：這份題目的陷阱與拿分重點
- 'under a ___' 對到原文 'under a red car'，寫 car 或 red car 都可以，但不要超過三個字。
- 'The cat was black and it was ___' 已經寫了 black，答案是 wet；題目裡有的字不要再寫。
- 最後一題問貓的名字，答案 Happy 在故事最後一句，整篇讀完才找得到。
看圖讀故事，寫 1 到 3 個字完成句子。前兩個是範例。
Anna and the little cat
Anna walked home from school on Tuesday. It was raining and she was cold. Near the park, she stopped. There was a small noise, but she could not see any animals.
Anna looked under a red car and saw two big eyes. It was a very small black cat. It was wet and cold. 'Oh dear,' said Anna. She picked it up and put it inside her coat.
At home, Anna's mother gave the cat some milk in a bowl. The cat drank all of it and then went to sleep on Anna's bed. 'Can it live with us?' Anna asked. 'Yes,' said her mother, 'but you must look after it.' Anna was very happy. She called the cat Happy.
